Quick and easy protein smoothie

Recipe time!Here's a quick and easy smoothie recipe I've sort of come up with. I've been buying a similar smoothie at Krüger in Canary Wharf and decided to make my own version of it.

Ingredients:

Pop it all in a blender and blend!Tadaaaa! It is surprisingly delicious and very filling so its a perfect snack straight after a workout or as a healthier snack before lunch/dinner.
