Last nights dinner sent us to sleep
Last night I made a delicious lasagna with quorn and minced beef (mixing it up again!), carrots and the usual tomato sauce and bechamel sauce.. topped it all with mild cheddar and BAM, deliciousness. I had two portions (rarely happens) and mr had THREE?! I was in shock when I returned to the kitchen to see that there was only 1/3 left.. After our massive meal we were both super full and sleepy.I genuinely want to make this again and soon, but this time add more veggies like mushrooms and zucchini.. nom nom nom.
