Iftar at Fairuz

On thursday me and a group of friends decided to have dinner - or Iftar - as a few are muslims. Iftar is the evening meal when Muslims end their daily Ramadan fast at sunset.T had already decided on a restaurant so all we had to do was show up.. but first, a sneaky drink at The Coach Makers in Marylebone.DSC05374 copy DSC05375 copy DSC05377 copy DSC05378 copy DSC05381 copy We later walked over to Fairuz, a lebanese restaurant on Blandford Street. DSC05382 copy DSC05383 copy DSC05387 copy Me and Hannah ordered lots of small dishes and shared a mixed grill. Everything was super yummy and rich in flavourDSC05392 copy DSC05395 copy DSC05396 copy DSC05399 copy DSC05404 copy DSC05406 copy DSC05410 copyWe finished off with traditional coffee and baklawa (yum for the baklawa, not for coffee).

The service was great, food well cooked and the atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly. I will definitely come back!
