Hache burger x Olia Hercules

On Wednesday last week I went to Hache Burger in Holborn and met up with a bunch of foodies. We were all there to taste the new Mamushka burger which Olia Hercules created. The burger is available at Hache restaurants in October and November and £1 from each of the specially created burgers will be donated to Action Against Hunger!

Olia introduced her burger and explained she created a burger she herself would want to eat. Hers had a lovely bun, tasty beef patty, dill mayo (I was not ready for that!) and pickled beetroot?! We were all super curious.

We got lots and lots of starters to share..

And then they served the burgers with truffle fries (yum), kale with avocado (yum) and sweet potato fries (yum!)

The burger was surprisingly good! I didn't think I would like the pickled beetroot but man, they did a good job. The dill mayo was not overpowering at all, which I thought it would be. Yum yum. I'd definitely eat it again!

I practically rolled home from the restaurant. I had such a lovely time and it was so nice meeting other foodies too like Connie from Lady Who Brunches and Milly from Who Is Milly.
