Wednesday list | All things beauty
What is your most inexpensive beauty item? What is your most expensive? I’ve got a couple of eyeshadows from Collection (a budget brand in Boots), they’re about £1 each?! Most expensive must be my perfumes from Dior and Mancera
What beauty product do you have a love/hate relationship with? Foundation – it is SO hard to find the right shade
What are your most delicious beauty products?Delicious? My blush from Bourjois smells pretty nice
What beauty product do you neglect due to laziness? Lipsticks, I just can’t be asked to re-apply all the time!
What beauty product gives you the most self confidence?Concealer or eyebrow pomade
What attributes do you find most attractive in females/males?Smile and confidence
What items would you most like to receive as a gift?Beauty product? Eyeshadow palette perhaps
If you could create your own beauty product, what would it be? A small, travel friendly all-face palette. I feel like a lot of the ones that are out now are either too big or contain a random selection of unwearable colours
What's the most you would spend on a product? Ahh.. Makeup wise not more than £50 on one product!
What is your current favourite product? This palette from Maybelline! The colours are great for creating a subtle or strong smokey eye. What is your beauty routine? I've written about my skincare routine here and after I've done all those steps I do my makeup. Skincare is for me more important than makeup. My makeup routine is pretty simple; foundation, concealer, powder, eyebrow pomade, blush and mascara. I'll sometimes add eyeshadow and eyeliner as well.
And for your body? In the shower I use scrub gloves with a body wash from Dove. I make my own body oil (mix various organic oil into a glass bottle with pump) so I always always always moisturise with that after a shower. It takes a long ass time to absorb but it is worth it, I promise! I shave my legs every now and again, same with armpits. If I'm going out I would add a little shimmer to legs and arms and I usually use this dry oil from Body Shop!Do you have a product you can't live without? Tell me in the comments :)
